1.) Once you have the symbol pulled into Designer, click on the OFS Tab. Then click on Elevation.
2.) Position the Elevation cursor on the outside of the symbol
3.) Drag the mouse to the the height that you prefer, click, then drag the mouse to the width you prefer and click.
4.) Double click the Elevation Icon to show the elevation in your 2D.
