Staks Direct Link to Hedberg Issue
There have been some reported issues with getting Staks product to work over the Direct Link tool to Hedberg. With Steelcase's help we believe to have located the issue.
The likely reason why the catalog won’t go through is that Project Matrix has the catalog vendor mapped to FOF, and the OFS extension has it mapped to FST. If you have your Hedberg admin add a mapping for FSTinside of the Order API Mapping Interface in Hedberg, that should fix the issue.
Hedberg should allow you to have multiple catalog mappings to a single vendor #.
